According the their website Fuugo allows yo to watch TV everywhere as long as you have an internet connection, in addition to access to over the air broadcast  (DVB-T, DVB-H, SBTV-D, One-Seg ATSC, etc), consolidating TV content from the web e.g. Youtube as well as DVR capabilities and content recommendations using  Artificial Intelligence . It is touch screen optimized with an eye for  the  iPad, iPhone, Android and other mobile devices but works with more traditional input methods. First Beta Testing will start in May of 2010.
